Very cooperative

I bought this ring for my girlfriend. She actually liked the ring alot, but the stone I chose was too small for her. She didn't like the way you could see around the edges of the diamond. I called and they said I could upgrade to a larger diamond that they could "bezel" set. So I returned it, paid the difference towards the bigger diamond, and they re-shipped it. She loves it. Great price and customer support. Very helpful.
