We were very disappointed with the return policy. My wife didn't like the ring as much as I thought she would. She wanted to go on vacation instead. I called the store the next day and told them we wanted a refund. Apparently, if you order a size 11 it's considered a custom order and only exchanges are offered. We will not be shopping here again regardless of the fact it was written on their website.
