I had bought online for years, but never jewelry.I knew my fiancee would love this design. I called the customer service number and they explained that they would send out the ring within the week, and they also assured me I could get my money back if needed. I felt comfortable, because they answered all of my questions and were very clear about everything. When I got the ring, it was better than we thought. It is a darn fine ring.
