Easy to work with

I bought this ring for the renewal of our vows, wife wanted something smaller so I exchanged the ring for a different antique mounting, but still kept the certified 1.00ct diamond I purchased. They removed the diamond from the ring I returned, and set it in the new mounting that I ordered. They waived the charge to remove/re-set the diamond. They were more than nice.
