GENERAL POLICIES

We have made every effort to provide you with accurate product photographs, descriptions and specifications. We are not responsible for typographical errors. We reserve the right to refuse credit card transactions we deem suspicious. Void where prohibited.

The diamond weights of the small diamonds are approximate and may vary by plus or minus small percentages. The weight of the metal will vary because of shrinkage or expansion in the casting process, and different ring sizes. All non-diamond gemstones are purchased from long known reputable, reliable sources, and it is assumed that colored gems are all natural (earth mined) and have have been subject to the common, numerous, and regular various industry treatments or enhancements in use for hundreds of years. We do not deal in "treated color gems" that will affect the durability of the stone. Colored diamonds are natural diamonds that have all been color enhanced.

Dacarli will ship international orders, where permitted, by Fed Ex Insured through Parcel Pro. The shipping price to each destination will differ somewhat and it is in addition to the purchase price. It is approximately $65.00 The free shipping offer is for the continental US only. Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

30 days Return Policies:

The original invoice and any certificates or appraisals must accompany the returned item.
Return Authorization Number must be displayed on the outside of the returned package.
The price tags must not have been removed from the product. Items worked on by outside jewelers lose all warrantees and are non refundable.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
Platinum orders, custom orders, rings over size 7.75 or smaller than size 5 are not refundable.
Our shipping & handling costs are not refundable.
Curved matching bands must be confirmed for fit prior to order.
Loose stones are considered custom orders as well as settings with no center stone.
All local sales tax are to be paid by the buyer unless on our invoice, currently Florida only.
Metal changes(kt or color) and accent diamond upgrades are custom orders.

Diamond Replacement Policies:

This topic relates to Engagement Rings only. Our diamond database is updated frequently. However, national databases are not under our control and there is a possibility that the selected diamond will no longer be available. In this event, we will offer another diamond selection, with images, from which you may make your selection. We may also send images of diamonds of slightly different prices and qualities if we believe that it is in the client's interest to see an expanded selection. Sometimes a client can get a better "deal" than the original choice. Many more diamond databases are available to us than we can possibly show on our website.
