This topaz diamond and sapphire ring is set with a 6.80ct round Swiss blue topaz center stone and adorned with a combined total weight of 1.15cts of round brilliant diamonds and pink sapphires. A brilliant round laser cut Swiss blue topaz is surrounded by bands of diamonds and pink sapphires, in addition to four oval Swiss blue topazes, in this 18K white gold ring.
