This antique diamond topaz ring is set with a 12.75ct emerald cut blue topaz and 1.50cts of brilliant white accent diamonds. This huge emerald cut swiss blue topaz is surrounded with sparkling round diamonds. The split shank is also set with bright clear diamonds.

The characteristics of antique rings are milgrain, antique engraving and scrollwork.
