This antique inspired topaz diamond ring has a 6.00ct center oval Swiss blue topaz and also adorned with 0.50cts of brilliant round diamonds. Sparkling white diamonds encircle the oval blue topaz and cascade down the sides of the ring. The gallery and the sides of the shank have an elegant open filigree design, which adds to the vintage appearance. Topaz is the gem for November, for fidelity and for 4th anniversaries.
