This vintage inspired amethyst diamond ring is set with a 2.00ct cushion cut purple amethyst center stone and 0.38cts of brilliant white accent diamonds. This antique style emerald diamond ring has intricate open filigree design and milgrain. The deep purple of this amethyst contrasts with sparkling round diamonds in an affordable and stylish ring.
