This vintage style diamond heart locket pendant is adorned with 0.20cts of brilliant round diamonds. This heavy heart shaped locket is set with diamonds and comes with a 16″ chain. This antique style diamond locket is very substantial and very well-made. When we make our diamond lockets we are careful to produce pieces with a heavy metal weight, which insures that they will give many years of trouble-free wear.
