This antique sapphire diamond pendant is adorned with a combined total of 1.00cts of blue and yellow sapphires and brilliant round diamonds. This vintage style diamond pendant comes with its own 16″ chain. This antique style diamond pendant is in an elongated rectangle shape and has a milgrained border of diamonds which surround a floral motif designed with yellow and blue sapphires. Open filigree design and milgrain detail outline these floral shapes.
