This diamond engagement ring setting is further adorned with 0.65cts of sparkling round pavé set diamonds. The center diamond is set in the middle of this uniquely designed engagement setting.

These pavé set diamonds surround the center stone and form a double row, covering the shoulders of the shank. This engagement ring has an elaborate open filigree design with milgrain details.
