This Antique Milgrain Diamond Accented Round Engagement Mounting can accommodate between a 0.90ct and 1.25ct center diamond. This split shank ring is adorned with brilliant round diamonds which enhance the center round diamond. The milgrain and the open filigree design give it the characteristic appearance of the antique style rings.
