This sapphire ring is set with a 4.35ct center topaz and a combined total weight of 1.30ct of surrounding diamonds, sapphires and aquamarines.

An oval swiss blue topaz, diamonds, sapphires and aquamarines are set in 14K white gold, in this very contemporary gemstone and diamond ring. The center topaz is surrounded by a circle of brilliant white diamonds. On either side, two aquamarines are mounted just below the diamonds, and the aquas are encircled by interlaced loops of pink sapphires!
