This antique wedding band has diamond rails around an openwork center of thin milgrain rails interspersed with eight diamonds. The diamonds in the center of this vintage diamond wedding band are tube set, within milgrain-edged rounded shapes in a zig-zag pattern. The characteristics of antique rings are milgrain, engraving and scrollwork. Our rings have thick and durable shanks which will give many years of trouble-free wear.
