This substantial antique diamond wedding band is characterized by floral sections, containing diamonds in between finely milgrained rails on the top and bottom. This antique ring has diamonds on the rails as well as in the middle section. There is openwork around the entire ring. The diamonds are tube set, with fine antique milgrain around each one.
