This exquisite sapphire ring is adorned with 1.31ct of yellow sapphires and brilliant round diamonds.

Antique yellow sapphire rings such as this particular ring has diamonds in two bands around the sapphires, surrounded by milgrain detailing. The sapphires are delicately set in square shapes in the center of each side of this ring. Almost like a ribbon tied on the finger, the two sides of the design go past each other and have a slightly off-center appeal.
