In this 14K white gold antique gemstone and sapphire ring, there is a cushion-cut Swiss blue topaz with a checkerboard table. This ring is completed with brilliant diamonds and blue sapphires. There is filigree work on all sides of the shank and also filigree work around the topaz. The characteristics of antique rings are milgrain, engraving and scrollwork.
