This yellow sapphire ring from our antique diamond rings collection is set with a total of 0.60ct of brilliant round diamonds and sapphires.

This is a 14K white gold domed, vintage diamond and sapphire ring. The openwork shapes at the top, create sapphire-filled petal shapes, and are outlined in milgrain. Also, there is a cluster of diamonds at the top, which is also outlined by milgrain. The entire rest of the field in scalloped shapes is filled with brilliant round diamonds also outlined by milgrain. The antique flavor of this diamond and sapphire ring is apparent in the details.
