From our antique rings collection, this yellow sapphire ring is set with a total of 1.20ct  brilliant round diamonds and sapphires.

This antique diamond and sapphire band has two sapphire rails and outlined with milgrain, surrounding an openwork design of diamonds. This 14K white gold band makes an interesting anniversary choice. In the center, the diamonds are in semi-circles and elongated barbell shapes, and are also surrounded by milgrain. The decorative openwork lightens the feel of the ring, and adds to its vintage appearance.
