This milgrain wedding band from our antique wedding rings collection is set with a total of 0.48ct of bright yellow sapphires and white diamonds.

In this yellow sapphire and diamond Dacarli ring there are brilliant white diamonds and yellow sapphires in 14K white gold. This antique ring has loopy bands of diamonds on the outside, edged in milgrain. The inside band of yellow sapphires is also bordered by milgrain, such that the overall effect is "antique" and "heirloom!"
