This blue sapphire ring from our antique wedding bands collection has 0.37ct of deep blue sapphires and 0.15ct of brilliant accent diamonds.

This antique diamond and sapphire wedding band set in 14K white gold, is slightly wider at the center to accommodate a lozenge-shaped area which has round blue sapphires in graduated sizes. On either side of the sapphires and at the ends are triangular shapes holding round diamonds. The entire ring is detailed with decorative milgrain shapes in an openwork design. This well-made vintage diamond and sapphire wedding band is very attractively priced.
