This wide antique ring from our antique wedding bands collection is set with a combined total of 1.45ct of bright white diamonds and blue sapphires.

This sapphire and diamond band combines diamonds, sapphires, and white gold with milgrain detailing. The outer rails have brilliant round diamonds accented with milgrain on both sides. The inner rail alternates diamonds with nine round blue sapphires. Here is an antique sapphire and diamond band, well made and reasonably priced!
