This antique yellow and blue sapphire and diamond pendant in 14K white gold has its own 16" white gold chain. A larger teardrop shape, entirely set with diamonds, is suspended from a tube set diamond which hangs from an upside down teardrop, also set with diamonds. Inside the teardrop, blue sapphires form floral shapes, with yellow sapphires in their centers, and there are three other yellow sapphires as accents.
