This vintage diamond and sapphire bracelet is 14K white gold. The elongated octagon-shaped links have diamonds around them, complimented by milgrain detail. Inside the octagon shapes are bezel set blue sapphires and brilliant diamonds. They are connected to one another by small diamond links, which render the bracelet flexible.
